Blackwell Drive landscaping and new bollards

Following feedback from residents on the overgrown shrub area at the lower end of Blackwell Drive, Cllr Kennedy Rodrigues has worked with WBC officers for this area to be landscaped. Previously one section of the beds, had cars parked on it on a regular basis. Kennedy also arranged for Edinburgh cast-iron bollards to be installed.
