Jane moved to Ridge Lane Watford in 1988. She worked for many years in various roles for large multinational companies. Her roles included Financial Adviser and Business Development Manager. She now works as a senior mortgage adviser for a small independent financial services company in Rickmansworth and finds helping people in the ever changing market of securing a mortgage both challenging and rewarding.
Jane says "Since forming the Residents Association almost 10 years ago, as a means to fight an inappropriate back-garden development, I realised how much can be achieved by a small number of people. The various social and park clean up events have been a great way to get to know my neighbours and it’s great to see the fruits of our labours every time I walk through the local park. I have enjoyed my work with the Association but I wanted to find a way of reaching more people and continue to improve our local area."
