Cllr Emil Rowe 

(Local Councillor)

Emil Rowe has lived in Watford since 2010 and joined the Liberal Democrat's April 2025 following the government announcement of cuts to the Adoption and Special Guardianship Fund. He has been a councillor for the Holywell Ward since May 2026. 

Professionally, Emil is a social worker with twenty years experience in safeguarding. He is also a school governor for a local primary school. Outside of work, Emil enjoys cooking and reading.
