Cllr Annalisa Buraglio Molteni

Annalisa Buraglio Molteni has lived in Meriden, Watford since 2015 and is passionate about supporting her local community. Fluent in several languages, she values building connections across Watford’s diverse communities and brings both experience and dedication to her role as councillor. 

She manages the Meriden Foodbank, supporting families in need and helping to strengthen community spirit. Annalisa is committed to championing sustainability, quality education, and ensuring that local services remain accessible for all residents. She believes in listening to people, working collaboratively, and promoting inclusivity to create positive change across Watford. 

Outside her council work, Annalisa enjoys attending Stanborough Park Church, where she serves as Head Deaconess, supporting the church community with care and dedication. She also values time with her family and wider volunteering, combining her personal commitment with her professional role to serve Meriden with energy and compassion.

Cllr Jenny Pattinson 

(Local Councillor)

Jenny was born in Watford and has lived in Meriden ward with her family for 22 years. She is proud to represent her local community and is passionate about ensuring that all have the best opportunity to have a good life in our town. 

In 2021 she became Cabinet Member responsible for the Housing and Well-being Portfolio. In her day job, Jenny is the Chief Executive of a Charity that provides outstanding care to around 250 older people across Nursing Homes in London. With 15 years’ leadership experience in Adult Social Care, Jenny is passionate about ensuring every person living in a Care Home experiences the best quality of life possible. 

Jenny represents her charity on the Board of Care England, she chairs the steering group for Dementia Friendly Watford, Aging Well Watford and the Health and Well-Being Forum. All of which link to her professional skills and experience. Locally Jenny is a trustee of Watford Citizens Advice Bureau and Watford Community Housing Trust and is Co-Chair of Governors at her local infant school. 

She loves living in Watford and feels that it is a privilege to represent her local community in many meetings and forums and to advocate for residents who need her support.

Cllr Penelope Hill 

(Local Councillor for Park and County Councillor for Meriden and Tudor)

Penelope has eight years of experience working in the education sector; prior to that she spent five years working on large-scale and high-profile science events at England's two largest science festivals in Cheltenham and Manchester. 

Penelope has a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Edinburgh (where she spent a year as an exchange student at UC Davis) and an MSc in Science Communication from Imperial College London. She is the local councillor for Park ward and the Meriden Tudor county councillor.
