Cllr Mark Hofman
(Local Councillor)
Mark was first elected as a borough councillor for Nascot ward in 2012 and is now one of the town’s longest-serving councillors.
A member of multiple council committees and forums, he is especially passionate about improving both the natural and built environment.
Since his election, Mark has led numerous high-profile campaigns, including efforts to rezone Watford Junction station into Zone 6, rename Orchard Park, prevent overdevelopment in the area, and ensure that everyone who wants an electric vehicle charger has access to one within a five-minute walk of their home.
Mark holds a degree in History and Politics from Oxford Brookes University. He is also a Watford FC season ticket holder and a keen golfer.
