Busy Water Lane to get a safe pedestrian crossing

A long running campaign by Lib Dem County Councillor Stephen Giles-Medhurst (Central Watford and Oxhey) has secured  Herts County Councils approval to install a new pedestrian crossing in Water Lane, Central Watford.The new crossing, which is set to be installed later this year, will link up  Waterfields Park and the path to the busy Tesco store at Waterfields. It will also enable cyclists to cross this busy road more safely.
